How do I place an order?
Add your item to cart and complete checkout. Your order is confirmed immediately. Lahore orders ship same-day via inDrive. Outside Lahore, your order ships via Postex. Pay cash on delivery when your parcel arrives.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. All orders are cash on delivery, nationwide. You pay when your parcel arrives at your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery on all orders, across Pakistan.

How fast is delivery in Lahore?
Same day. We dispatch via inDrive and share your live tracking ID on WhatsApp so you can track your rider in real time.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes, we deliver nationwide via Postex. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. Your tracking ID is shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on all orders, Lahore and nationwide.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only on defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once approved, refunds are processed within 6 to 8 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Your new size ships within 6 to 8 business days, subject to availability.

What fabric are the tees made from?
Imported 100% cotton terry at 220 GSM. It is noticeably heavier than standard streetwear cotton and holds its shape wash after wash.
How does the tee fit?
All three tees are cut in a relaxed oversized silhouette. They sit wide across the shoulders and drop below the hip. Stay true to size for the intended oversized fit. Size down for something closer.
Are these limited edition?
Yes. All pieces are part of our SS/26 collection, produced in one small batch. Once a size sells out it will not be restocked.
Why does this cost more than a standard graphic tee?
Because it is not a standard graphic tee. The fabric is imported. Some prints run to 8 colors. The patches are hand-placed. Every unit is inspected by a supervisor before it ships. The design took 6 months to develop. You are not paying for a logo on cotton.

We have delivered 2,000+ orders across Pakistan. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp at any point before, during, or after your order. Your tracking ID is shared the moment your order is dispatched.
I received a fake payment request from someone claiming to be EpicandEpoch. What should I do?
All our orders are cash on delivery. We will never ask for any payment before delivery. If someone is asking for upfront payment and claiming to be EpicandEpoch, do not send money and report it to us immediately on WhatsApp.

We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order. If you prefer a slightly closer fit, size down. If you want the full intended oversized look, go with your usual size.

Not at the moment. We are currently focused on Pakistan, but international shipping is part of our future plan.

How should I wash my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold, do not bleach, and tumble dry low. For better longevity, wash inside out and avoid harsh heat.
