If your item does not fit and you require a different size, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the new size within 6 to 8 business days, provided that inventory is available. Regarding returns and refunds, we offer these exclusively for items that are defective. To initiate a return for a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos for verification.

Upon approval, the defective item may be returned to us, and refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 business days after we receive and verify the return. Please be aware that all items undergo a strict inspection: they must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted. Furthermore, all sale items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective.
